For us, working with ISO-standards means we have created clear processes for how we shall meet our clients’ needs and expectations in all situations. Each year we set up new goals for how we should work with our processes to continually challenge ourselves to improve. We are proud to say that we fulfill the following ISO standards:
ISO 9001:2008 (quality management) Based on principles that a company shall originate from the clients’ needs and continually supervise its internal routines to increase quality of service and production.
ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management) A help and a tool for companies to conduct an efficient and structural environmental work in all parts of its business such as waste management and energy consumption for example.
ISO 26000 (social responsibility) A voluntary standard for social responsibility. It is not a management system that certifies companies, but instead it sets out guidelines. A company following these guidelines work towards integrating social responsibility in all the companies’ decisions and activities.
These standards help us to work towards better quality in the entire company as well as to guarantee our clients receiving an international standard of quality. We continously go through controls where we map and document our processes to verify we uphold these standards.
